The ERNB NEXT WAVE TOUR is an annual live music tour launched in 2022, hosted by DJ Ace. It has been curated for grassroots R&B artists who are looking for an opportunity to break into the music industry.

For new artists to gain first hand experience ofbeing on the road, as well as gaining insight and firsthand knowledge from music industry professionals.

We curate a UK tour consisting of four dates across four different cities, handpicking a talented artist from each to champion and headline each show. We hire a tour bus, assemble our in house band and all travel together from city to city, covering all travel, venue and accommodation expenses, as well as providing a daily per diem for each artist.

Aligning the tour with our aim of developing and nurturing the next generation of R&B artists, we also curate a series of virtual workshops in addition to the tour itself.

With music industry leaders from radio stations, record labels, live agencies, DSP executives, artist managers and booking agents, 2023 saw workshops delivered from BBC Radio, Sony, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, The Playmaker Group, and Punch Records.
